Right after graduating in Fashion Design from ESMOD Fashion school in 2006 I co-founded JULIAANDBEN. What began as a fun project soon became a real profitable start-up with a store in Berlin Mitte, worldwide distribution and a sales agent for the Japanese market. Founding and running my own company taught me working in a team and managing multiple moving parts at once – from the production of the garments in Eastern Europe and Portugal, to the marketing and promotion, sales and events – all within time and budget.

My work has been featured in leading international magazines such as VOGUE, Dazed, I-D, L‘Officiel, WGSN and others alike.

After 7 successfull years I started working as a freelancer on design concepts, communication and sourcing. Working for multiple clients at the same time I first developed a clear aesthetic language with them, and than used this to produce a higher quality product and build a consistent marketing and product strategy.

Since September 2018 my position is “Head of wholesale and Business development”. I oversee 200 retailers with annual sales of over 3 Mio Euros and manage a wide range of strategic projects that drive the growth of the company I work for, concerning B2B marketing strategy and  IT business solutions. I also lead brainstorming on Integrated marketing communication and company change in close cooperation with all major clients, company stakeholders and the founder CEO.

My colleagues consider me as a hard working, trustworthy, loyal person  always focused even in time sensitive deadlines.
